Hotel Signature follows a clear and simple cancellation policy to ensure transparency and convenience for all guests.

• Cancellations made 72 hours before check-in: Full refund.

• 48–72 hours before check-in: 50% charge applies.

• Within 48 hours or no-show: No refund.

Non-refundable bookings and special-rate plans cannot be modified or cancelled. Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days.
